How much does a recruiter account cost?
Its totally free, you only need to be a member of iXimati. -
How can I transfer my recruiter account?
Go to your "Account settings" and click on "Deactivate my recruiter account". Before you deactivate it click on the check box "Transfer your account" (this little check box will not appear if you don't have any recruiters). You will have a request to send to one or more of your recruiters. Enter the name of the recruiter you wish to transfer your account to and send it. -
What if I don't want to have a recruiter account anymore?
You have two options. First, you can deactivate your recruiter account by going to your "Account settings". Then click on "Deactivate my recruiter account". Second option, before you deactivate your account, you can transfer it to one of your recruiters. If he/she accepts, he/she will be managing your account and you will no longer be a recruiter. -
How do I request a contact to help me recruit?
If you have a recruiter account, go to your "Recruiters" menu, you will see two options: "They recruit for you" and "You recruit for them". Click on "Add recruiter" and you will have the option to make a request to one or more of your contacts. After that, you need to wait for their approval. -
I already have my recruiter account, can I have other people help me recruit for my company?
Yes, you can ask to your contacts to help you recruit for your company. They can either accept or reject the request. If one of your contacts accepts, he/she will be able to post jobs and edit the ones that are already posted. These secondary recruiters cannot ask their contacts to recruit for them unless they have their own recruiter account. -
How much does it cost to post a job?
It's totally free. You just need to have an account in iXimati in order to get a recruiter account to post jobs. -
How many jobs can I post with my recruiter account?
As many positions you have available in your company. There is no limit. -
How do I get a recruiter account?
First you need to have a current professional experience, you will be recruiting for this company you work for or your own. Then fill out the recruiter registration form. Make sure to enter the right information about the company. -
How can I post a job offer?
In order to post a job offer you need to have a recruiter account. When you have you have it go to "Post job" and enter all the information related to the job offer. Click on "Save" and your job offer will be posted. -
How many recruiters can I have?
As many as you need to manage your job offers. If you have a lot of offers and want to manage them by area, industry or any other way, you may need many recruiters for every area. But in case you have only a few job offers, you could use just one or maybe do it yourself. -
Can I erase a recruiter from my list?
You can erase a recruiter if you don't want him/her to recruit for you anymore. Also you can deactivate and activate them so they'll do it when you decide to. -
What happens after I apply to a job offer?
In case you meet the requirements for the job, wait for the recruiter to contact you. You can apply to other jobs while you wait. -
Where can I see the jobs that I already apply to?
In "My jobs" menu click on "Applied jobs" and you will see the list of all the job offers you have applied to. -
What's the point of having the option to select a job offer?
If you are looking for a job and you find many offers that you are interested in, click on "Select job" on everyone you want. Then go to your "Selected jobs" on "My jobs" menu. From there you can manage all the job offers you want to apply to. -
Can I use a search agent for jobs?
Yes, when you make an advanced search and you don't find the job you are looking for, you can create a search agent for that job. Just click on "Create a search agent" and choose the frequency of the search. The results will be delivery to your email and you will know when somebody posts a job that meets your specifications. -
How can I attach my resume or cover letter when applying for a job?
When you apply for a job you have the option in your application form to attach your resume and cover letter, so the recruiter can see them along with your iXimati professional profile. Just make sure your files meet the specified size and extension. -
Can I apply to several Jobs?
Yes, you can apply to as many jobs as you want. Just make sure you meet the requirements for all of them and be able to attend different interviews. -
How do I apply for a Job?
Having an iXimati account allows you to apply for a job offer. When you view a job, click on "Apply to job" then fill out the application. Besides your professional profile, you can attach your resume and a cover letter. Once you apply to it, the recruiter will get in touch with you. -
How can I find a Job?
You can see the latest jobs published in "Jobs" menu or make a quick search by keywords. You can also search by industry, function, location or even advanced searches. -
Can I know if someone has seen my profile?
Yes, in the "Home" menu and clicking in the "Visits" link.
